Caught the Pigeon

Well Dick Dastardly and Muttley would have been proud, happy was a zooming down the back of Portsdown Hill at 70+ mph. When I see it just out the corner of my eye, a low level Pigeon coming across my path, Iinstinctivelyy duck. But the pigeon must have been on a low level mission and it wasn't enough, it stuck me right in the visor. Very, very, hard, pushing my head into my shoulders and and pulling on my arms. I think the only reason I stayed on the bike was because I had ducked down low. I rolled off the throttle and flip my visor up, as I was a little dazed and also to spit the feathers out... no idea what happed to the pigeon, but there where some trace eleiments on my visor, jacket and tank bag. Plus when I got home I opened my jackets and about 20 feathers fell out... Oh and I sat down for a bit and took some tablets. Alton Cafe to Portsdown Hill

From the Cafe I took a ride to Portsdown Hill and waited for them to arrive back.

As you can see I picked up a few flies on my journey there.

Alton Cafe Wednesdays

While Jax was at the beach in Dorset with PJ and her friend John I popped down to Alton Cafe, at Alton train station. A regular bike meet that occurs every week on a Wednesday, below a shot of the cafe.

Below a few of the bikes that where there.
TL1000 and a Speed Triple
TL1000 trike.
